Product & Features

What hapily is & what it does

What is hapily?

hapily is CRM-centric event management built natively on HubSpot. It connects your entire event lifecycle — planning, promotion, capture, and conversion — directly to your CRM, so every registration, check-in, and conversation turns into measurable pipeline.

What can I do with hapily?

hapily runs the full event lifecycle in one place: build and promote events, register and ticket attendees, capture leads on-site with QR check-in and badge printing, then follow up and report on ROI afterward. Because it lives in HubSpot, everything you do ties back to your contacts and deals.

What event strategies does hapily support?

hapily is built for in-person event strategies across the board — whether you're hosting your own events, attending third-party events and conferences, or monetizing events through paid ticketing and sponsorships. Whatever your approach, hapily connects it to your CRM so every event drives measurable pipeline.

Do I need other tools to run events with hapily?

No — you just need HubSpot. hapily replaces the patchwork of registration forms, spreadsheets, and standalone check-in apps with a single workflow that runs the entire event lifecycle end to end, right inside HubSpot.

HubSpot Integration

How hapily works with HubSpot

How does hapily work with HubSpot?

hapily is built natively on HubSpot, so it reads and writes directly to your CRM — no middleware or third-party sync. Event registrations, attendance, and lead captures create and update contacts, companies, and deals in real time.

Do I need a HubSpot account to use hapily?

Yes. hapily is built for HubSpot customers and runs on top of your existing portal. If you're already using HubSpot for marketing, sales, or CRM, hapily plugs straight into that data.

What HubSpot subscriptions do I need to use hapily?

You'll need at least one Enterprise hub to unlock the custom CRM objects hapily uses to model events, registrations, and attendees. To power event marketing and communications — invitations, promotion, and follow-up emails — you'll also need at least Marketing Hub Professional. If you're unsure whether your current subscription qualifies, our team can review your portal with you.

Does event data sync to my CRM automatically?

Yes — automatically and in real time. Registrations, check-ins, session attendance, and captured leads flow onto the right records as they happen, so your team can act on event activity without exporting or importing a thing.

Pricing & Plans

Plans, trials & limits

How much does hapily cost?

hapily offers flexible plans based on your event volume and the features you need. The best way to get current pricing and find the right fit for your team is to book a demo — our team will walk you through the options and tailor a plan to your program.

Is there a free trial?

No — hapily doesn't offer a free trial. The best way to see it in action is to request a demo, where our team can walk you through the platform against your own event goals.

Are there limits on the number of events or attendees?

No. hapily doesn't cap the number of events you can run or the number of attendees you can have. Instead, it works on a credit model — you use credits as you go — so you can scale from a single webinar to large multi-session conferences without hitting a hard ceiling.

Events Lifecycle

Before, during & after your event

What does hapily handle before an event?

Before your event, hapily powers marketing and promotion, invitations, registration, session setup, paid ticketing, and pre-booked meetings. Everything is built on your CRM data, so you can target the right audience and track sign-ups against your pipeline from day one.

What does registration in hapily include?

hapily supports flexible registration for the way your events actually run — multiple registration types and ticket tiers, guest and group registration, custom flows and forms, session and track selection, approval steps, and waitlists. You control the details too, from registration windows to capacity limits. Every registration writes back to HubSpot, so your CRM always reflects who's signed up.

How do I sell tickets with hapily?

hapily handles paid ticketing right inside your event registration — set ticket tiers, on-sale times and closing windows, and create ticket bundles, with each purchase tied back to the attendee's record in HubSpot.

What are the fees for selling tickets?

All payments are managed through Stripe, so hapily adds a 3% fee on top of Stripe's normal processing fees. You can choose to pass those fees through to the purchaser at checkout or absorb them yourself — whichever fits how you price your tickets.

Can attendees manage their own registrations?

Yes. hapily includes an attendee portal where registrants can manage their own registrations — updating their details, modifying or changing sessions, and transferring their registration to someone else. It takes the back-and-forth off your team's plate, and every change syncs straight back to HubSpot.

What can hapily do on-site during an event?

On-site, hapily handles QR code check-in, mobile lead capture, badge printing, and meeting management from a phone or tablet. Your team scans, captures, and enriches leads in the moment — and it all lands in HubSpot instantly.

What is AI-powered mobile lead capture?

hapily's mobile lead capture lets your team scan badges and business cards on-site and enrich each lead right from a phone, with AI reading and structuring the details into clean HubSpot records. Reps can add voice notes that AI turns into structured follow-up, send a context-aware follow-up email on the spot, and connect with the lead on LinkedIn right from the app — so your team captures more, types less, and follows up while interest is still warm.

How does hapily help after an event?

After the event, hapily turns activity into outcomes with lead management, attendee follow-up, NPS and surveys, and reporting that ties events to deal attribution and ROI. You see exactly what your events drove and can follow up faster while interest is still warm.

Security & Data

Where your data lives & who owns it

Where is my event and attendee data stored?

Your data lives in your HubSpot CRM. Because hapily is built natively on HubSpot, event and attendee information is stored on your own records rather than in a separate silo you have to reconcile later.

Is hapily secure and compliant?

hapily is built on HubSpot's platform and follows its security and data-handling standards. Because your data stays inside HubSpot, you keep the governance, permissions, and controls you've already set up for your CRM.

Who owns the data captured through hapily?

You do. Leads, registrations, and attendance captured through hapily are your data — stored on your HubSpot records and yours to use, export, and act on at any time.
